Today, I saw the bug.
I think this is recent regression.
STR:
Open BMO and logged in
Actual Results:
"You’re all caught up!", however the icon and tooltips shows "1"
See attached screen shot.
Expected Results:
This should be 0.

Actually this happens often, and sometimes the number goes negative, like Bug 1570013 and Bug 1586676.
