RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 454782

Details

When I delete a client-side certificate (in about:preferences#privacy), then either view the certificate list or login to a website using my client-side certificates, the old expired certificate is still present and used in preference to the new certificate that is valid. When I restart Firefox the old certificate goes away.

I think this used to work in the past so it might be a regression.

I forgot to mention that there is no indication in the UI that a restart is needed.

I'm reasonably certain that the certificate delete logic is in the PSM code, so moving to that component for triage.
