User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:70.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/70.0

Steps to reproduce:

New install of version 68.2.1 of Thunderbird. Latest add-ons of Lightning and Provider for Google Calendar installed. If I ask for synchronizing calendars I get a pop up window saying"the provider for google calendar would like to access your account XXXXXXXXX to retrieve events and task. I sign in to my google sign in.and...

Actual results:

NOTHING HAPPENS. I get the pop up again. After closing the pop up several times it stays off, but nothing syncs, and if I try to sync again, back come the popups.

Expected results:

I should have been able to be logged on and synchronize the events and tasks between thunderbird and google calendar bidirectionally.
