close/maximize/minimize buttons disappear

Steps to reproduce:
simply just shrink the size of the tab to the minimum using the side arrows(using the mouse)
and they will disappear and the options button might get over the search bar too
NOTE: i have 12 pinned tabs it might help reproducing the issue , and without pinned tabs the "back" and "forward" and "new tab" buttons gets over each other
Actual results:
the close/maximize/minimize buttons disappears and some icons the right of the search bars gets over the search bar
Expected results:
a resize limit should be made such that even if i shrink the window size they won't disappear
