Currently SeaMonkey shows a closed padlock with a light yellow / brown background for https sites in the status bar. For EV sites a bright green background and also the EV owner are shown.
We should not do anything about EV sites because these are the most secure but I think it would be in order to show normal https sites in a different color. To me yellow is only one tiny step away from insecure. A lighter green than EV should be used to distingush them from EV and give the user a visual indication that while secure it is not the highest security level and that the owner is not known / not verified.

Color Matched via IRC and tested in Bills current build. I think a tiny bit too olive but much better than the yellow / brown.
Comment on attachment 9106065 [details] [diff] [review] 1593550-security.patch [Triage Comment] As you say, better than the existing. Can always be tweaked later. r/a=me
