We need to investigate and find ways for continuously monitor streaming telemetry/Glean SDK power consumption.
Power consumption is a very important metric for mobile platforms.
Apparently, we run power consumption testing (both foreground and idle) for GeckoView in mozilla-central. See this discussion over slack.

Update: looks like power testing can be done outside of m-c, but we can't yet because we have limited devices to run tests on. See this thread
