I don't found "Create New Directory" button in Save as... dialog. It's very
uncomfortable :( when I saving Inet pages... please fix this bug in future
version of Mozilla

Please try a newer build:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/
Your build is very old and newer builds got a 'Create New Directory' button..
(a dup of bug 58311, but i mark it as invalid -> less bugzilla spam )
