This bug is the result of the conversation in https://github.com/mozilla/donate-wagtail/issues/523
Not sure if it’s due to the .pot files to be stored outside the locales folder, or due to the use of a .toml file
The bug is that you can’t setup this repository without applying this patch
Mathjazz mentioned there might be a bug in l10n_path() as well
