Disable the feature enforcing a separate profile for each installation

All other descriptions have a closing period. Most locales don't have one either at this point

Two options:
a) Fix the string and change the ID, lose existing translations. That will get us the final period for all languages.
b) Fix English without a new ID, don't invalidate existing translations.

I'd be for b) to avoid losing a lot of translations, even if the cost is for some locales to be inconsistent (unless they check the page).
