Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open responsive design mode
  2. Open dev tools
  3. Go to a11y panel
  4. Enable a11y features
  5. Resize the screen

Actual results:

Scrolling is locked. Sometimes it is re-enabled by clicking on the screen, but not always.

Expected results:

Scrolling should be possible.

Summary: Not able to scroll after resizing the screen with accessibilty features turned on → Not able to scroll after resizing the screen

After some further experimenting, it seems this is not due to the accessibility features or even the dev panel. The above described problem happens every time in responsive design mode after resizing the screen.

Only when manually resizing though (dragging the side of the inner window). Entering a different resolution works as expected.
