1594246 - Remove mail.addr_book.newDirType pref for creating address books of a different type

Description

In bug 1572324 I created a pref for choosing whether Mork or JS address books should be created. This pref should have changed to JS by default (probably when bug 1576525 landed), but this never happened, and it is near-useless now anyway as Mork address books are forcibly converted at start-up. It's time for the pref to go.
