Reproducible: sometimes Configuration: Mandrake Linux 8.2, KDE 2.2.2, Mozilla trunk 2002072421 Steps to reproduce: 1. Configure the browser to open links in new tabs when CTRL-clicking on them, and to load those links in the background. 2. Open the URL 3. Locate a link that reads "Hardware" in the bar at the top of the page and CTRL-click on it. 4. While the new tab loads the page, left-click on the same link. Sometimes Mozilla will crash.

I'm able to reliably reproduce it with today's build, 2002072608. Talkback TB8702016E. However, to reproduce the crash, you'll probably need to mess around with massively CTRL-clicking and single clicking links in that top bar, not only once.
I'm also experiencing "hard" crashes that don't trigger talkback on this site. They usually occur upon clicking a link. Maybe it's caused by the CSS rul for active links? In the stylesheet for this page, it's: A:active { COLOR: #33ff33; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; FONT-SIZE: 9px; FONT-WEIGHT: normal; LIST-STYLE: url(pics/li.gif) inside; TEXT-DECORATION: none }
I'm seeing bug 152429 (flash in an iframe) here, but that shouldn't trigger talkback... that bug was just fixed, so you might wait a for new linux nightly build with the fix to come out (probably 2002072621) and see if it helps anyway.
Yes, 2002072621 seems fixed to me. I couldn't reproduce the crash anymore. Marking dupe. Still, would be good to finally see that stacktrace from talkback - bug 152429 caused Mozilla to exit cleanly, that's what I saw somtimes on that page, but got 3 crashes with talkback also... *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 152429 ***
