Details

A Trash folder is created automatically in the IMAP directory structure whether 
asked for or not.

I think that Mozilla should not change the folder structure but should work 
with what is there. A solution would be to expand the settings menus so that 
the user can choose which folder that Trash, Drafts, Sent, get mapped to or as 
a default map them to the Local Folders area.
