Build:

• 71.0b7 Desktop on Windows 10 -x64.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open FF app;
2. Go to hamburger menu/toolbar menu;
3. Go to Options(sync);

Expected results:
All sections are translated into Germany.

Actual results:
Some places on the hamburger menu/toolbar and Options(Sync) are not translated in Germany.

Notes:

• It seems that es-ES and fr are not affected by this issue.

German is missing translations, and that's sadly expected at this point. Normally I'd close this kind of bugs, but leaving it open for visibility, since it's a tier 1 language.

Everything seems correctly translated now.
