User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/78.0.3904.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Try accessing any HTTP URL

Actual results:

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to support.mozilla.org. NSS is not initialized. Error code: SEC_ERROR_NOT_INITIALIZED

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

Expected results:

Certs loaded, TLS handshake, yada-yada.

PS. I'd be happy to know how to circumvent this problem. Is Firefox using its own certificates (on Windows)? Chrome seems fine accessing same sites.

Can you run Firefox with the environment variable MOZ_LOG set to pipnss:5 and MOZ_LOG_FILE set to some file you can write to, and attach the resulting file here? Thanks!
