Details

Bug 1594588 highlight the risk from AWS limits on a new account. We should compare the limits on the new account cloudops-taskcluster-aws-prod with the utilization and limits on the old account mozilla-taskcluster and request whatever increases that shows we need.

I went through the limits listed in trust advisor and didn't see any that seem relevant for how this account is used, aside from SES, IAM, and Route 53 which are all sufficient.
