Bug 1572516 won't land on time, yet we still need to be able to ingest the new perf datum originating from Google Cloud Platform's instances.
Simply increasing the limit from the validation file will enable this. There's a very, very small risk that someone provides too many extra options that will in total use more than 360 charecters (the current limit) and the database won't be able to store them. But the chance for that happening would be something like 0.1% :).
In that worse case, the effect would be that for a job with huge perf artifacts, we won't be able to ingest any of its artifact data.
Assuming this ticket lands, during this weekend, we can follow up with proper validation in bug 1572516.
