Steps to reproduce

1. Open a random PDF file http://www23.statcan.gc.ca/imdb-bmdi/pub/instrument/3901_Q2_V3-eng.pdf
2. Click the Presentation Mode.
3. Open the Inspector tab.
4. Click on the pick element button.
5. Move the mouse randomly on the PDF.

Expected result

• The mouse pointer is visible.

Actual result

• After about a few seconds of moving the mouse, the mouse pointer disappears.

Regression range
Will return with a regression range ASAP.
