Please set Helm value queue.level to "info". This is one level below the default "notice", and will help us get some additional logging about Azure behavior from that service.

In the firefox-ci deployment. This is something we can do during the TCW tomorrow, or even afterward.

I think this didn't happen for firefox-ci. If it did, please revert. But let's apply this in staging, so that we can see some of the behavior in an effort to optimize it.
