Details

In config web_server.registered_clients, for entries treeherder-{production,stage,dev,localhost}, please replace

  scope:
    - treeherder

with

  scope:
    - "hooks:trigger-hook:*"

Fixed in commit 61372161f5d0696fc2fbbadf012183a109f5a1f7 to sops. This will go live on the next deploy of firefoxcitc.
