Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a tab and play any audio with sound on YouTube.
  2. Open a second tab and navigate to facebook.com.
  3. [ Close the facebook tab ]

Actual results:

Crackling/popping sounds in audio

Expected results:

No change to audio quality
