Steps to reproduce:
Opened Inbox folder, then Menu>Message>Mark.

Expected results:
"All Read" command should be "clickable" in order to mark all unread messages as "Read".

For me, "All Read" is available. Can you try with add-ons disabled, see Help menu.

Even after rebooting TB in Safe Mode, all commands under Menu-Message-Mark are dimmed, grayed-out or disabled!

Right clicking and selecting "All Read" works, but can confirm that the menu option does not work.
I'm TB 68.2.2 running Windows 10

After right-clicking and selecting "All Read" or "All Unread" , the menu bar option then works. I closed and reopened and tested a few times. After closing and reopening, the menu option doesn't work until right-clicking.

Can you give exact steps to reproduce this. Of course "All Read" is not available in a folder where all messages are read already.

Steps:
Open TB
Select both read/unread messages
Open Menu
Select Message--> Mark
At this point it was greyed out.
I found that having a mix of read/unread messages selected triggered this. I could mark them as read/unread when right clicking and using the menu provided there.
I thought I would be able to mark them all one way or the other, regardless of being read or unread
