Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox
- Access Bing
- Zoom in and out
Expected result
- Zoom is done without any visual issues
Actual result
- While zooming, the map can be seen to be offset, then jumps back

I'll try to take a look at this ASAP, but I've been moved to the GeckoView team for a while, so I probably won't get to it for a while.

So I tested on 84.0a1 (2020-10-25) (64-bit)
and I didn't experience any issue with the +/- icons for zooming.
Working for me.
