I do NOT wish to download images in HTML mail, to avoid notifying spammers that
spam worked.

I have set the preferences to not download any images, and also to prompt before
downloading.  In both cases, images are still downloaded in mail messages.

Would prefer a specific security option in Mail to avoid downloading images, but
at least overall preference should be respected.

Not clicking on the messages is not a workaround; I want to view source, which
requires selecting the message.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set preference: Privacy&Security>Images>Do not load any images
2. Receive html email with image tags
3. Select that message in message list 


Actual Results:  Images are displayed in message view.

Expected Results:  Alt tags should be shown.

This has been fixed in recent builds.
