Grr. I think I mixed complete the bugs.
This patches bugs/edit.html.tmpl which is also patched in bug 157573.
In no other files the implicit label occures (as far as I can trust grep).

Moreover I think in this two liner patch is even a bug :-(

clearing milestone on all DUPLICATE/WONTFIX/WORKSFORME/INVALID so they'll show
up as untriaged if they get reopened.  "Jiminy Cricket!" for the filters (and I
don't care if it's spelled wrong ;)
