We cant upload files to tool tool with credentials provided in Bug 1563536
From #firefox-ci found out this is because TCW migration and it should be solved next week.

:rail passed Bebe the creds (as I understand it, via #firefox-ci scrollback) -- redirect the n-i back to :rail please if this is still outstanding.
