I don't think so; the failure is to do with the individual browser's contentTitle, which isn't touched by that bug. It also doesn't make sense in terms of the timing - there were no failures on the 10th or 11th, despite that bug landing on the 8th.

I think it might be bug 1594457 ? I'll take a closer look on Monday, leaving needinfo for this.
