Bug 1310150 added in-tree documentation and was going to use jsdoc to publish it but for now we can drop some of the special syntax and use what sphinx-js supports to get these docs on https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org
As a follow-up we should probably migrate a bunch of the content from https://github.com/mozilla/bedrock/blob/master/docs/uitour.rst and keep that page only for topics that aren't covered in-tree.
