For some reason, the "Year 2000 compliance info" link at near the top of the
page continues for most of the page, meaning most of the other links are
directed to that same page instead of where they're supposed to go.
The relevant snippet of markup is:

I think this is a duplicate of an existing bug.  I'll try to look for it.
However, the JS errors on this page should probably also be investigated.
