Steps to reproduce:

Thunderbird Version 60.9.1
Lightning Version: 6.2.9.2

Accept a Webex invitation mail
Switch to calendar view.
Double click on the entry representing the meeting in calendar
Details Dialog opens (see attachment)

Actual results:

Only some basic information is displayed in the dialog.
I am not able to set a reminder or view the description text of the meeting

Expected results:

The full details dialog containing description, reminder, attendees, etc. should have been displayed.

Do you still see this when using a newer version?

Yes, it works now (Thunderbird 68.11.0). I don't know if Webex changed something in the invitations or Lightning was fixed.
