Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't see why a reporter should be on the cc list, since they should already be receiving notifications. I see this occasionally. Therefore, it would be nice if the reporter was stripped out of the cc list automatically.
Summary: Reporter name on CC list. → Remove reporter name from CC list automatically.
The commit result screen should say if it was removed, to prevent confusion.

So, actually, there *is* a good reason to let reporters add their name to the CC list. They may have set their notification preferences to only mail them things they are CC'd to.
