This can be explained by bug 1392106, or perhaps bug 1499459. (This is Windows 7 which is affected by those bugs; and the reftest failure here shows a missing blue square, where the blue square is in fact the background behind a single character of the Ahem font. The missing blue square is likely due to the missing character/font.)
