I met with Emily and Marissa and Saptarshi and discussed this request and Emily asked me to file a meta bug to track 2 related requests:

1- Data Science to create Specs for what the initial success criteria for Fennec migration/Fenix launch should be.
2- Data Science to help determine the right sample size for measuring success criteria in the attached doc, What is our baseline and Margin?
