Details
We have reports that changes to bandwidth estimation in Chrome 75 cause Firefox to send unnecessarily low resolution video, e.g. 320x240 when there is enough bandwidth for 640x480. It sounds like older versions of Chrome are affected as well, so it is likely a change on their side that has caused this.

I messed it up, it is actually the other way around and Chrome is sending low resolution video to Firefox.
Summary: Firefox sending unnecessarily low resolution video with Chrome 75 and higher → Chrome sending unnecessarily low resolution video to Firefox with Chrome 75 and higher

It does not seem like this is a result of bad behaviour on Firefox's side.
