Details
when downloading a template for Office from Microsoft I get the error message,
"Java or JavaScript is not enabled! To enable it, Click Edit->Preferences. On
the Preferences dialog, click Advanced on the left-hand pane. Make sure the
checkbox Enable Java and Enable JavaScript are checked." Both are checked in
preferences.
