Please create a new reviewers group for Marionette related review requests. The following people need to be part of it:

I left out James here because he isn't really involved in the Marionette development but covers the geckodriver part here (which is available via the #webdriver-reviewers group).

Similar to bug 1593700 which was for #remote-protocol-reviewers, we also want to have a global rule for setting the #webdriver-reviewers group as blocking reviewer for the following directories in mozilla-central:

testing/marionette/
testing/firefox-ui/
