Details

Can decrease font size via Ctrl+- hot key but not increase with Ctrl++
WFM in build 2002072204 PC/Win98.

Reporter: please always include your build number when reporting bugs.
I don't know what a build number is and I don't see anywhere to enter it. 
I am using:
Mozilla 1.0
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.0.0) Gecko/20020530
