nsWindow::HideWaylandWindow() destroys LayerManager when egl_window is allocated. But it causes Bug 1584511. We do not want to destroy LayerManager. We could avoid it by pausing compositor and destroying EGLSurface.

Bug 1542808 obsoleted the patch. With it, initial_draw_cbs() is called only once. We could not know when moz_container becomes ready_to_draw again.
