Right now we always invalidate the style of the element whenever the part attribute changes, even though there's no guarantee that that attribute change will change the style of the element.

We could do something more similar to what we do for classes / ids.

Similarly, in bug 1559076 I'm going to just invalidate the style of all the relevant parts when exportparts changes, but if that becomes common we may want to do something more granular as well.
