Hi George,
Moving this over to a component so a developer can check it out.
Are there any unsubmitted crash report in about:crashes?

I don't see anything about IPC anywhere in the bug report. There is, however, a call from profiler_unregister_thread
to mozilla::detail::MutexImpl::lock
which is causing the crash.
Comment #0 says the crash was on Nightly, so I'll assume this should be 72 and not 52.x (which passed end-of-life on 2018-09-05).

I just noticed this "needinfo". Sorry for the delay.
I have been using FF Nightly and have NOT seen this problem.
Closing seems to be a good idea to me.
THANKS again,
George...
p.s., I wrote this bug with the 52 version of FF.
