Steps to reproduce:

Update Firefox ESR 60.9.0 to 68.2.0. Flash Plugin 32.0.0.293 was already installed.
If Version 68.2.0 gets uninstalled and ESR 60.9.0 reinstalled Firefox doesn't crash.
(Windows Server 2016 VM on VMware Hypervisor)

Actual results:

Activate Flash plugin for a Flash webside crashes Firefox with the following error "Plugin Container for Firefox has stopped working"

Expected results:

Flash websides not crashing with the latest Firefox ESR Release
