I have 3 devices listed on my second computer and cannot add this computer to my main computer for sync

Steps to reproduce:
When I go to manage my account on my mail computer and click Devices and apps, then Missing or duplicate items I only get the mobile device option - which is already on the list.
Actual results:
There is not a way to add my second computer and there is no sync between the computers.
Expected results:
I should be able to enter the second computer to the list of devices for sync.

To add a new computer to your Sync account, you go on to that new computer, then choose Options->Sync, (or visit about:preferences#sync) and enter your account email and password). Once you have connected that new computer, you can manage your account from that new computer, where you should also see your old computer and your mobile device.
If you have already tried that and can't get things syncing, maybe attaching some screenshots here will make things clearer for us.
I have tried what you suggested. I do not get any place to enter email and pw. Clicking -connect another device- i get what is attached. This only gives me another link to add my phone which is already included.
I don't see any place to add my other computer.

The "connect another device" screen is designed to help you install Firefox on a mobile device, which you can then connect to your Firefox Account. You don't need to use it when adding another computer.
Instead, install Firefox on the other computer. Then go into Firefox settings on that computer, find the "sync" section, and connect it to your Firefox Account from there.

Both computers are connected to my Firefox account. My second computer does not show up on my first computer under sync devices and the bookmarks are not synced to the second computer. Bookmarks are checked under the sync settings on both computers.

OK thanks, I think I understand what you mean now. If both computes are connected to your Firefox Account and are configured to sync bookmarks, then there shouldn't be anything else you need to do in order to get this working. So a couple of things you can check:
- Are both computers connected to the same Firefox Account? (We've had reports in the past where users accidentally signed in to one computer with a different account, so it's worth checking).
- If you visit https://accounts.firefox.com/settings/clients on each computer, what do you see? Do you see the same list of devices and apps, or a different one? (I'm not sure if this is what you meant by "under sync devices" above; it's worth comparing on both computers anyway).
- If you enter "about:sync-log" in the URL bar on each computer, does it show any error logs? If there are error logs, and you're happy to attach them to this bug, then they may tell us more about what is going wrong here.
I had two accounts in Firefox - corrected that
both computers and phone show on the sync devices on each computer - and did a sync
but the second computer bookmarks do not sync with the primary computer.

Hi Darrel,
Can you please attach one of the error logs from each computer? Ideally one of the logs over 10kb in size (the smaller ones might not have enough detail)

Thanks Darrel, but you will need to click on "Attach New File" in bugzilla, then navigate to those directories and select the file to attach from the first computer, then do the same from the other computer.
