This bug is to see if ruby can be implemented via xbl
Alias: xbl_ruby
OS: Windows 2000 → All
Hardware: PC → All
Depends on: 159857
taking, though if 159857 can't be fixed, I would have to generate everything
with js, which beats the purpose of using xbl (though it should still be able to
do more than the current css posibilities, especially rbspan)

Personally I think this is a bad idea for three reasons, first because it doesn't
get Mozilla any closer to a real Ruby implementation (it is not a step along the
way, it is a stop gap implementation), second because it would use very under-
tested code and is therefore likely to be unstable (namely 'inline-table') and
thirdly because it will require QA resources that would be better spent testing
the table code itself or writing tests for a real Ruby implementation.

Why don't we work on a real (layout-level) implementation?
