In mozilla, ISO-2022-CN-EXT encoding is not supported, so we can not view mails
from Solaris Traditional Chinese dtmail which encode with ISO-2022-CN-EXT.
I will add a patch these days.

The following line should be added to the res/charsetalias.properties to fix
this bug:

iso-2022-cn-ext=ISO-2022-CN

The reason is the current ISO-2022-CN converter supports both ISO-2022-CN and
ISO-2022-CN-EXT.

It's easy to fix, just added an entry to navigator.properties.
but it will be useful for chinese users.
