I'm willing to be the official triage owner, given that I'm already the module owner and that it usually doesn't need a lot of attention.
However, this will have to be done in my free time, because it isn't part of my Thunderbird duties.
Given how important this foundation cross platform code is for Firefox, is this good enough for Mozilla?
