• Windows 10, macOS 10.14, Ubuntu 18.04;

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox, enable DevTools, access the What's new tab;
2. Adjust the width of the browser until the Instantly Send Tabs to Mobile container touches the scrollbar;
3. Change between light-dark theme;

Enhancement suggestion

• as per light theme and the setup in other panels have 1px margin in between the container and the scrollbar;

Actual result

• container is having the same color as scrollbar - no differentiation;

Regression range

• not a regression;
