I have not tried in Chrome, firstly I want to create this bug to track it.
It seems to be unsafe if an iframe could revoke permission of top level, so I don't do anything at the moment. One thing we should not do: revoke "denied" permission of top level

Note that we don't support permission revocation at the moment (https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/modules/libpref/init/StaticPrefList.yaml#1942) but that is a really important thing to keep in mind if we ever plan to.
