When we start overflowing because the panel is too narrow, we add a scrollbar on the entire panel which means the "copy all changes" label and the accordion headers scroll too.
I think it might be better for the changed lines to scroll but for the rest to remain fixed so you can't loose track of those headers and buttons. To make this easier, those labels should also get an ellipsis I think.
