After looking at my patch to bug 1598787, I realized that XRE_GeckoProcessTypeToString(XRE_GetProcessType()) is very common, so I think it makes sense to define a helper method to just do that. I called it XRE_GetProcessTypeString().

I also removed the unused forward declaration of GMPLoader. It used to
be needed for the declaration of XRE_InitChildProcess.
