Starting TB I get an error in the message preview pane:
XML Parsing Error: undefined entity
Location: file:///mozilla/docshell/resources/content/netError.xhtml
Line Number 60, Column 32: <h1 id="et_xfoBlocked">&xfoBlocked.title;</h1>

My TB starts in offline mode wants to load the 'Welcome to Daily' page (the default start page in preferences).
